Yes, our society seems to be consumed in chaos these days. Television news only seems to make it worse. I feel my blood pressure rising and there are images I can’t get out of my head.

It’s the same thing with social media. I find I am severely limiting my online time recently for the same reasons.

We all have a choice—“Turn off the TV, eat a lot of peaches….”
