Dear Friends,

We’re in high summer, a time I particularly love. The first harvests are coming in and I’m eagerly awaiting my first tomato harvest. Sadly, the deer helped themselves to most of my garden, but the bright spot is that they apparently don’t like tomatoes.

 And McCall’s my much beloved local farm, now has a bounty of local white corn, tomatoes and peaches. Heaven!
