Dear Friends,
It seems like I just sort of fell into it, but I’ve been thinking about memory loss quite a bit lately, and especially about ways to prevent memory loss and live a vibrant and alert old age.
Many of you may know that both my mother and my grandmother died of Alzheimer’s disease, so it’s a concern for me, but not at all an obsession.
There are many tried and true ways of keeping our minds and our bodies as we age. This week’s main article has some tips.
