A Message from Kathleen:

Dear Friends,

Welcome to the new Your Wellness Guide, now on beehiiv. That’s why we’re running a little bit late this week.

Check out our comprehensive guide in our main article this week.

Be well,

Kathleen

P.S. I’ve been in the garden all day. The weather is gorgeous!
